Professor Zhao Lun is a director of the Dept of Finance and a tutor of graduates for master degree, the CUEB.With a master degree of finance, he was graduated from the Chinese Poeple's University.

He completed a state ministry-oriented academic research item, namely, Research on the Graduate-Training Cost of Higher Education; Research on the Graduate-Training Cost of Higher Education. He also completed the rest two research items: one is entitled Research on Beijing's Training Cost of Higher Education; (as an academic research item subject to Beijing Program of Social Science ) and the other is On Reform of Financial Management System of Beijing.
With more social concurrent positions:Vice President of People's Consultative Conference of Fengtai District, Beijing Municipality for the 5th,6th or the 7th term of office from 1993;a representative of the People's Congress of Beijing for the 11th and 12th term of office,and a member of the Financial Committee of the 11th People's Congress of Beijing from 1998.He was authorize as an inspector by Beijing Business Administration for two terms of office from 1998.And also he is a constant member of the Standing Committee of Beijing Finance Council.
