Chai Jianshe is President of Security and Environment Engineering College. Professor Chai is a tutor of the doctorate;he was born in October 1963 and graduated from Beijing University of Science & Technology with the doctorate of engineering.He studied both at Canada and France from 1998 through 2001.
Main Curricula: Operational Rersearch;Danger-Economics; Cope with Emergency; Hinted Dangers and Security Appraisals,and Fuzzy-Set (maths),etc.
His research majors in Coping with Emergency;Secruity System Project and Mine Secruity.
His main academic achievements:He has completed over 10 academic research items with the province or ministry-level and awarded three prizes with the title Technical Progress,and published over 40 theses as well as 3 professional works,3 of which were appraised to reach international advanced level,and 5 of which were to be in the lead.
As academic research items,(1)the Mine Side-Slope Stalble NN System, (2)Appraisals on Ore-Deposit Technology with Comprehensive Brainpoert System,and (3)Reseawrch on Security and Stability of Stope Top Planks were appraised to be excellent achievements and were awarded the province or ministry-level progressive prize of science and technology. As an academic research project,the Mine Side-Slope Stalble NN System tells us that the man-made NN system could be used to the Mine Side-Slope Stalble NN System, by which the mine side-slope NN system was devdeloped; and such a research achievement got to an international advanced level, and that was applied in some practical projects to have brought 20,000,000 yuan (approximately $2,500,000). Appraisals on Ore-Deposit Technology with Comprehensive Brainpoert System as an academic project that could provide a new theory and thinking way. "Reseawrch on Security and Stability of Stope Top Planks" as an academic research project that brought the so-called sound-launching and ultrasonic technology to the stope for inspecting the security and stability of the the top-plank, which provided a new theory and metho with social and economical benifit worth nearly 30,000,000 yuan (approximately $3,750,000). Such an acedemic achievement got to the international advanced level. There were two academic research items,namely, (1) The Precautions for Coping with Some Serious Emergency in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area was in the lead in the same academic curcle; and (2)"Research on the Problem of Qualified Personnel Stability with joining WTO" was in the lead in China. In recent two years, he completed over 10 research items on appraisdals of engineering labor security At present he is in charge of the following research items:(1) The precautions for the urban public to meet an emergincy against fires with the help of a management system and an editorial special keyboard;(2) Research and Investigation on financial support to production security of Beijing Municipality, and (3)Research and Investigation on scientific and technical needs to production safety according to Beijing's the 11st-five-year-plan, and so on.
His main social concurrent positions:an earlier security registered engineer of China; a member of China Metal Mining Council;a member of Education Commission of China Rock Mechanics Association; an expert of China Security Appraisal Group;an expert of Ptoduction Safety Experts Group of Beijing,and an outside-school tutor of the doctorate at Beijing University of Science & Technology.
Professor Chai was conferred honorable titles such as advaced worker, excellent Party member (CPC)and young excellernt scientific worker, etc..
