Ms. Hao Meirui was born in 1941. Professor of Informatics College, the CUEB. She is a tutor of the doctorate with the major of Microcosmic Magnitude Economics.The State Education Commission sent her to the Industry University of Kyushu, Japan for academic exchange and co-operative research; and she gave letures at several universities from 1991 through 1993 during the period of time when she was staying in Japan.She was appraised a returned scholar with prominent contributions to Beijing in 1995.

Research on the Martket with Chinese Characterisctics as a central subject directed by the Ministry of Propaganda,CPC; Some Important Problems for Smoothly Joiningthe Martkets Both at Home and Abroad as a key academic item directed by China Academy of Social Science. She has completed 13 state-level or province-level academic research subjects, most of which were awarded and considered as advanced-level items in China.

Still she is both a president of the CUEB's Chapter and a council member of Beijing Women Professors Association.
