Huang Rongqing  

Mr. Huang Rongqing is a teacher, researcher, tutor of the doctorate of the CUEB.
His main research subjects:
on statistics of population, tract analaysis, puoulation and labor computation and the like of college curricula.
His main academic achievements:
In resent years, he presided the State Council's research project, Population Development Strategy,including Study on an Average of the Death and the Future Life-span. As a state key subject, the 5th-time general population investigation consists of All the Chinese Nationalities's Population Change during the 90th Decade Last Century (directed by the State Council Office of General Population Investigation ,and Research on the West China Development and Minorities'Nature as well as 10 academic items as provincial-level or the state ministry-level or state bureau-level ones directed by the relative administration. He published more than 4 academic papers, such as Research on China Minority-Population Policy,Labor Force Life-span Comparison between China and Japan;Research on Dead Population Problems of China; Research on Beijing's Reasonable Quantity of Population£»China Decentralization Population of Minority; Analysis and Forecast on All the Chinese Nationalities' Population as a research ptoject that was awarded the 1st-class prize as one of academic excellent achievemebnts of China Population Science. And Investigation and Study on Manorities' Population of China£¬which was awarded the 1st-class prize of Excellent Academic Achievements of China Population Science. In resent years, as an editor in chief, he compiled a book entitled All the Chinese Nationalities's Population Change during the 90th Decade Last Century. And also he joined compiling another book. The 50-Year Tibet Population, China. He cooperated to compile more books and published more than 10 academic papers published in some authoritative or kernel magazines.
His main social concurrent positions :
A member of expert group of the subject, Population Development Strategy directed by the State Council; a member of population expert group of the State Family Planning Commission; a council member of Beijing Population-Study Standing Committeea; a principal of Minority Specialty Commission ; a constant member of Urban Anthropology of China; Vice President of Beijing Population Research Assocoation.
