Wu Dongmei, female, born in 1964.
She is a professor with the doctorate degree in management.
As a general director, she is in charge of compiling
the magazine" Research on Economy and Management"
and " Learned Journal of the Capital University
of Economics and Business"[CUEB] She was appointed
as deputy editor-in-chief, and doctoral tutor.
Speaker courses: mainly teaching ˇ°human resources managementˇ±
to undergraduates, master's, MBA and doctoral students.
Main results: Over the past five years, she has presided
over and undertaken two national projects, and the provincial
four topics brilliantly accomplished.Her academic research
on the two themes of human resources management and
governance structure, she has published two monographs
and 20 papers, especially for professional capacity,
technology professionals on the issue of incentives
she has original insights. She was awarded the sixth-issued
and seventh-issued second prize of outstanding achievements
in the social sciences of Beijing Administration and
the National Education Ministry in Humanities and Social
Sciences. And also she won the third prize of Beijing
Youth outstanding scientific papers.She took the fund
project "of the state-owned assets management system"
subject to China's state-owned assets management system
put forward constructive suggestions. She took Beijing
Soft Science subject "hi-tech industries in Beijing
Talent Incentive Mechanism" and <<Beijing
technological innovation environment research topic>>,
Beijing IT personnel incentive and environmental construction
technology professionals and put forward many constructive
proposals countermeasures.
