Mr. Wang Wenju was born in August,1965. With his major of mathematics and the doctorate degree of science, he graduated from Jilin University and won the postdoctoral degree at the Science & Engineering University of Dalian. Once he was an advanced visiting scholoar at the University of Cincinnati, and he attended in advanced studies and studied as a formal student at the Harvard University. He is appointed as a professor, tutor of the doctorate of the CUEB. In addition, he is a constant member of the Party Committee, CPC, the CUEB, Vice President, Library Curator,and Chancellor of the Great-Wall Tour College, the CUEB.
As a Director of the Magnitude Economics Research Center, the CUEB, he is a principal in charge of a key curriculum, Magnitude Economics in Beijing Municipality. His major task is to go in for teaching and making some research on the so-called Game-Theory [a kind of Think-Tanker Theories used in much more fields], Economy-Simulation, Mathematical Economics and Management Economics,etc..
His monograph is the Game-Theory Application and Economics Development. He is an editor in chief of the Sequent West Economics, Deputy Chief Edior of Research Report on Capital Economy. Besides he joined compiling over 10 copies of academic books, such as On Countermeasures to Economy; the Effective Theory on Economic Countermeasures; On Forecast,Decision and Countermeasure to Economy; the Process of Monopoly and Competition in China Economy,etc. He has published more than 50 academic papers in some magazines, such as Economic Study on Magnitude Technology, the World Rconomy Corpora, Economic Management Research, Mathematical Research and Comment and the Northeast Mathematical Journal,etc..
As an academic chairperson, he completed 2 projects with the support of national fund of social science and the second -class or the provincial-level 13 research projects, and also he took part in over 10 research projects as the national or municipal academic items. In 2001, his research item the Game-Theory Application with Developing China's Economics was highly appraised. In 2004, he was responsible for several research projects,such as a key research project of the 10th-year five-plan of phylosophy and social science of Beijing entitled Research on Simulation of Social Economic Dynamic Simulation, Analyses on Insurance Issue by Way of the Game-Theory with the financial support of humanities and social science of Beijing Education Committee, and Research on the Game-Theory and Economic Simulation as an item supported by the fund for Beijing's training excellent personnel.
In 2005,he was in charge of the national-fund project in social science,Research on Game-Theory Application and Dynamic Economy Simulation, Research on the Game Theory, Economy Simulation and Experimental Economics as a research item supported by humanities fund of Beijing Education Committee. And he also was responsible for a key item, namely, Research on Beijing's Countermearsures with Economic and Social Developing Surroundings in the Period of the 11st-Five-Year-Plan as a research project subject to Beijing Development and Reform Committee. At present, he has two or more research items being presided, one is called Research on Beijing's Economic DP-Simulation which is considered as an academic innovation team project of higher learning of Beijing Municipality; and the other is Analyses on Insurance Probelems by the Game-Theory and Research on Economic Simulation as an academic item with the financial support of the so-called " millions of Beijing's new-century project for training talents and fostering much more top preeminent or outstanding elites.
He was confered a member of Millions of Talents Selected in New Century, Beijing; a member of Academic Vanguards of Beijing Higher Learning; one of Excellent Talents across Century of Beijing Municipality. And also he was awarded a honorable title : one of 100-Theory Trainee Talents of New-Century Social Science, Beijing, who was awarded Y.D.HUO's Young Teacher Prize by the Ministry of State Education in 2002. He won the second-class prize of Academic Excellent Achievements with his monograph Application of the Game-Theory and Economics Development as one of excellent achievements for the 8th issue in the circle of Beijing philosophy and social science in 2004. And he was appraised to be one of 10 academic excellent scholars by the CUEB in 2004.
