Li Xiaoan, female. Born in 1963, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Beijing University. She got a master's degree in the law, and still studying for her doctorate degree in spare time.Director of the Department of Law, CUEB; she is a professor and a tutor of graduates.

She participated in some academic projects, namely, "in the building of the legal system on the effectiveness of the law" according to The State Education Commission’s the 8th Five-Year-Plan as the humanities and social-science planning project, and "market economy system, the legal system of credit" as an academic item of the Ministry of Justice in 2002.
