Yang Heqing, male, Dean of Laboring
Economics College,CUEB; professor and doctoral tutor,
Beijing leading-role teacher of key disciplines. He
graduated from the Circulation- Economics University
in Japan with economics doctorate degree.
Speaker courses: "Human resources management",
"scientific system of labor-On," "labor
economics", "Money and Banking", "social
security" "Securities Economics", "Japanese
professional", "Comparison of the civil service
system," " the development of China's securities
market. "
Main results: Over the past five years more than 30
papers published, four professional published and translated,
and three books of teaching materials. He was in charge
of five provincial-level issues, two Sino-foreign cooperation
issues, and three cross-cutting issues.
In 2002 the Chinese Human Resources Development Research
Association conferred him as the "China's outstanding
human resources expert." As an expert in the "CPC
Central Committee and the State Council to further strengthen
the work of the people" to discuss revising the
draft, he was invited to participate in the work of
the National Talented Personnel Assembly. In 2005 he
was identified as the innovative team leader of Beijing
Municipal City College and a member of the top-notch
creative talents.
Recently, he was named the "scientific model"
of the second installment of our school. He presided
more academic research projects, such as "Labor
and social security" as Beijing professional brand,
the municipal reform project "International human
resources management professional demand and positioning
as well as the effective training mode".
He was responsible for the construction of municipal
fine courses, compiling and publishing more professional
books, such as "Human resources management",
"the international human resources management"
. He presided at compiling and publishing teaching materials
on resources management, labor and social security,
social work in three professional series of textbooks
including 46 species in all. He played a leading role
in the preparation and publication work.
He was in charge of the academic research projects,
one was entitled The "Labor and social security
professional building" awarded the first-class
prize in 2003, and then awarded the second-class prize
in 2004 by Beijing Municipal People's government. And
the textbook "labor economics" awarded as
the school curriculum fine course, the title of outstanding
courses. He was an editor-in-chief of "Labor Economics"
(Ministry of Education for the 21st Century Human Resources
Management Series materials published by the Chinese
People's University Press, May 2002) which was given
the Beijing excellent teaching award. He was an editor
of more works entitled "career planning" (China's
labor community Press, August 2005), "Labor Economics"
(China Financial and Economic Publishing House, June
2005).
Major social part-time jobs: vice president of China
Labor Society, vice president of the Chinese teaching
and practice of human resources research association,
vice president of science education and China's labor
research association of China, vice president of Labor
Relations Research Association, vice president of the
China Human Resources Development Research Association,
executive director of the Chinese Institute of Social
Insurance and the Vocational Education Association.
He has been appointed as an executive director of a
dozen part-time academic organizations.
