Huang Jinfu was born in 1943. He is a professor of Business Management College,the CUEB. He is a director of the Enterprise R&D Center, and a tutor of the doctorate. He graduated from Beijing Economics College,majoring in business management with MS degree..

Main scientific research achievements: he is engaged in the business management fundamental research for a long time, and founded the five-general management systems established in domestic economical research area, which was other than the traditional school theory. His writing entitled "Modern Business Management Principles" was awarded the first-class prize in honor of outstanding scientific research achievement,which has been already published for four times and distributed over 290,000 copies. He made her academic research on the so-called opportunity-founded management in the new domain, and wrote her monograph "Opportunity And Opportunity Management Research", which was given the Beijing publication fund and the CUEB also provided her for publication fund.
In 1994 he published "Modern Enterprise Organization and Personnel Resources Management", which contrubuted a bit earlier theoretical system study in this academic area. Once she had the honor to receive the second-class prize of Beijing philosophy and Social Science.
