Wu Shaoping is a professor of the CUEB, a tutor of the MBA graduates. He holds a concurrent post at the South Pacific Ocean Uuniversity of America as a tutor of the doctorate,and he was given expert allowance by the State Council government.

He took the lead in the system in our country to study the Handan steel management innovation experience, which promoted the Handan steel in the national propaganda to simulate the market calculation implementation cost overruled as an innovation management mode. He has made fully basic investigation and study on the relative theory. His academic publication was carefully considered and highly prasied by the State Council and some concerned department. Professor Wu Shaoping is responsible for three items, and he organized to complete the key scientific research topic separately to win an award. It is a key topic to research on SARS' (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)Effect on Econonmy between Mailand and Twaiwan of China with the Countermeasure against Side Effect,which is an academic item directed by the Central Committee of the CCP and the State Council and Beijing Municipality. Professor Wu Shaoping had the honor to receive the first award.
