Professor Ding Yun is a Secretary of the Party's General Branch of the Urban College, the CUEB. She graduated from Beijing Finance & Trade College.

Her main academic papers: Structure on Realty Taxation System;Tax Law II; Professional Work of Taxation Agency;Realty Operational Management; Approach on Urban Public Economic Management;Approach on Inheritance Tax,etc.She presided to complete more than three academic research items directed and entrusted by Beijing administration, namely, Research on Beijing People's Financial Contributions; On Social Guarantee Fees Substituted by Tax ,and Research on Case-Teaching of Estate Management. Her thesis entitled Supervision and Appraisal System of Estate Tax Resources was awarded the first-class prize of an Academic Research Excellent Achievement by China Tax Affairs Association for the 4th-time Mass Revenue Research Achievements.
