Professor Hong Yamin was born in 1953, and graduated with a Master degree of Ecnomics. She is a tutor of graduates, at the Urban College, the CUEB.
Her general research orientation:
land economy; housing system and estate appraisal.
Her main academic achievements:In resent years, she has been responsible for an academic research item with the financial support of the state nature-science fund, which is entitled(1) On Credit,Trust and Morality with the Changeable System (Estate Agency taken as an example);(2)Demonstrative Analyses and Countermeasures to Meet the Needs of Urban Resident Housing with the Laborage Tendency Being Adjusted by the Market and (3)Research on Appraisal Way of Estate-Tax. She was invited as an expert who contrubuted her technical consultations and suggestions in policy for some state ministry or some administrative committee. She is a member of the Standing Committee,the People's Political Consultative Conference of Beijing;Vice President of China Land Appraisal Scholars Association;Deputy Director of the Land-Economics Chapter of China Land Scholars Society.And also she is a member of the Standing Committee, Beijing Land Scholars Society.
