Mr. Wen Kui born in 1949. President of CUEB, Professor of Labor Economics and Tutor of the Doctorate. He was appointed in several titles after 1984, such as Deputy Director / Director of the Economics Department, Assitant President, Deputy Secretary of the Committee, CUEB, CPC. Secretary of the Commision of Inspecting Discipline,CUEB,CPC, and Deputy Director / Director of Academic Committee and Academic Degree Cimmision, CUEB. As an expert, he began to be awarded a special kind of monthly subsidy provided by the State Council of China in 1993.
His main achievement in scientific research:During his long period of scientific research on teaching econiomic theory or the theory proper.He is plentiful and substantial in general theories or principles of economics and economic reform of China with his further research on them.As a key cadreman, he joined researching on some key academic projects on the the seventh, eighth or ninth five-year-plan of national social science. Not only he joined researching on the aceademic given items supported by the national fund of natuaral science, but also he joined compiling and appraising the principal textnook of plutonomy.He has published nearly 100 academic papers and written much more academic works.Particularly he is prominent in research on labor and income distribution of economics. Hence he was awarded the second-class excdellent achievement prize of social science and the first-class excellent achievement prize of Beijing Municipality's philosophy and social science.
He presided over an academic item, that is , Research on Chinese Laborage with the Managing System and Operating Mechanism. The item was supported by the youth special fund of Ministry of Education,China, which was greatly achieved and highly appraised and considered to be playing a leading role in China and keeping aheead in the same academic research area filling in the academic gap. And the monograph entitled the Project on Modern Enterprise System and Framework was awarded the first-class prize in philosophy and social science by Beijing Municipality.
In resent years, being in charge of leading body of the Party and the school administration, on one hand, he has continued to make some academic research and his main goal is to train young backbone scholars going in for academic research. Their achievement was highly appraised, and their monograph Research Report on the Capital Economy was examined and satidfied by experts, which was published with the support of Beijing publishing fund. He presided one scientific software project of Beijing entitled Research on the Technician-Inspired Mechanism System to Fit Berijing Enterprises, some part of which was published in the magazine Mangement World.
And also he has published more academic paers such as the Basic Economic System Governed and Originated out of Proprietorship,Common Interest with Socialism, Do Carry Dialectical Synthesis Out by Giving up Metaphysics published in the People's Daily. As the first author,he wrote a monograph entitled Some Proprietorship with Existed Right in History.At present,he presides a research topic, Labor Relationship in Socialist Market Ecomomy,which is subject to the Ministry of Education,China. His academic software research topic of Beijing Municipality is Surroundings for Talented Personnel,and the programming topic of social science of Beijing Municipality is the Examination and Appraisement on the Talented Personnel,and so on. He is also a researcher who is in charge of the topic, the Historical Process and Rules of How to Have Marxism Suit China, which is subject to the Central Marxism Project.In addition, he is responsible for advancing scientific topics, and appraising iems to be awarded as well as deciding the candidate with the advanced title of a technical post. He has plenty of such administrative work besides scientific research.
